The view on Lake Como and its mountains make Domus Bassa absolutely unique. We invite you to enjoy its privileges such as the heated swimming pool with a breathtaking view on the lake, the garden, SPA, gym and grill.
The property is divided into apartments. The Domus Bassa apartment is located in a portion of the villa, on the second and third floors. It's 250 sqm and can accommodate up to six adults.
The center of Colico is 5 minutes away by car. You will find restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and water sports schools. It will be also possibile to rent bikes, boats and take ferries to visit the best of Lake Como.
The swimming pool
From the terrace you will have direct access to the pool area, which is heated from May to September, the solarium, and the garden with fruit trees and olive trees, overlooking the lake.
The Living
The first floor has a spacious living and dining room overlooking the lake, furnished in a modern yet elegant way and equipped with a smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine, as well as a kettle. On the same floor there is also a modern service bathroom.

A stay at Valerio's villa is a spectacular way to experience Lake Como. It was built to perfection and offers breathtaking views throughout the wonderfully landscaped property.
